We only collect data necessary to provide our Airbnb concierge services:
- Identification: Last name, first name, email address, phone number.
- Reservation: Stay dates, number of guests, property features.
- Payment: Financial data is securely processed by Stripe.
- Navigation: IP address, technical cookies, traffic data.
3. Purposes of Processing
Your data is processed for the following purposes:
- Managing and billing your bookings.
- Sending check-in instructions and essential transactional info.
- Optimising user experience and website performance.
- Complying with Welqo's legal and accounting obligations.
4. Legal Basis
Processing is based on contract performance, your consent for non-technical cookies, and compliance with our legal obligations.
5. Data Retention
Your booking data is retained for 5 years. Marketing emails are deleted after 3 years of inactivity. Analytical cookies have a lifespan of maximum 13 months.
6. Your Rights
